Software License Agreement (EULA) – DiziStore

1. Introduction

This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of software and other licensed digital products offered by DiziStore through https://dizistore.in.

Depending on the product, DiziStore may offer desktop software, applications, WordPress themes, plugins, utilities, and downloadable digital resources.

By downloading, installing, activating, accessing, or using a product covered by this Agreement, you agree to its applicable license terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the product.

This Agreement applies only to products owned by DiziStore or licensed by their respective rights holders under terms that permit these conditions. Separate product-specific or third-party license terms may take precedence where applicable.

2. License Grant

Subject to payment of any applicable fee, compliance with this Agreement, and the relevant product’s license terms, DiziStore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software for the purposes described on its product page.

Unless a product page or separate license expressly permits otherwise, the license is for your own personal or internal business use.

A purchase generally grants a right to use the product under its license terms; it does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property to you.

3. License Types and Activation

A product may be offered under a personal, commercial, single-device, multi-device, subscription, or other license type.

The applicable product page, order confirmation, activation instructions, or separate license document will specify the permitted usage, device limits, activation period, renewal terms, and any other product-specific restrictions.

If a license requires an activation key, you must keep that key confidential and use it only as permitted by the applicable license.

A trial or free version may have feature limitations, usage limits, or a limited evaluation period as described on the relevant product page.

4. Permitted Use

Subject to the applicable product license, you may:

• Install and use the software on authorized devices.
• Use the software for the personal or commercial purposes permitted by its product description.
• Create backups of installation files or license information where permitted by law and the applicable license.
• Use updates or support services during the period or under the conditions included with your purchase.

5. Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted by the relevant license or applicable law, you must not:

• Copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the software.
• Share, publish, sell, or transfer activation keys to unauthorized persons.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, branding, license controls, or ownership information.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the software to violate any law or infringe another person’s rights.
• Bypass license verification, activation, access restrictions, or security measures.
• Misrepresent the software as your own product or claim ownership of its source code or intellectual property.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, original source code, design elements, documentation, logos, and related materials remain the property of DiziStore or their respective licensors, as applicable.

This Agreement grants usage rights only. It does not assign or transfer ownership of intellectual property.

Third-party components, libraries, fonts, or other materials may be governed by separate licenses. Where such licenses apply, their terms will govern the relevant components.

7. Updates and Support

Updates, upgrades, bug fixes, and technical support are provided only to the extent described on the relevant product page or purchase terms.

Some products may receive updates during a subscription or specified support period. Other products may be sold with limited or no ongoing support.

We do not guarantee that every product will receive future updates or remain compatible with every operating system, WordPress version, plugin, theme, device, or third-party service.

8. Subscription and Expiration

If a product is offered through a subscription or time-limited license, your rights to use certain features or receive updates may end when the license expires or is not renewed, as described in the product-specific terms.

Renewal, cancellation, billing, and refund conditions are governed by the relevant product page, subscription terms, Refund & Return Policy, and applicable law.

9. Third-Party Software and Open-Source Components

Some products may integrate with or include third-party or open-source software.

Such components may be subject to their own license agreements, notices, and obligations. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to remove rights granted to you under an applicable open-source license or other mandatory legal provision.

You are responsible for reviewing any separate license terms supplied with the relevant component.

10. Data, Backups, and Security

Before installing or updating software, you should maintain appropriate backups of important files and data.

Unless a product expressly provides otherwise, DiziStore does not guarantee that software will be free from every defect, interruption, security issue, or compatibility problem.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security and for checking that the software meets your requirements before using it in important workflows.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, software and digital products are provided according to the descriptions, specifications, and license terms stated on the relevant product page.

We do not guarantee that every product will operate without interruption or meet every user’s particular requirements.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes any warranty, consumer right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DiziStore will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a product, including losses resulting from unsupported configurations, failure to maintain backups, or unauthorized use.

This provision does not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable consumer rights.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate a license where permitted by its terms and applicable law, including in cases of material license violations, fraudulent activation, or unauthorized redistribution.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the violation, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary or legally permitted.

Upon termination, you must stop using the product and delete copies you are no longer authorized to retain, except where retention is permitted or required by law.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement for future purchases or product releases. The license terms applicable to an existing purchase will be determined by the agreement and product terms that apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.

Any product-specific license may supplement this Agreement.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is subject to the laws of India, to the extent applicable. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts or forums with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
